Transport studies

The Mitsikostas & Associates was formed in 1989.

The design capacity of the office covers the entire range of transport and traffic studies. Cooperation with external partners of various disciplines designed in studies by multidisciplinary teams base enriching office potential for the treatment of issues where expertise and experience is essential. On this basis has been created Mitsikostas & Partners Network.

The quality of both the design and the implementation thereof is a primary objective of the office. Ensuring requires maximum cooperation of all participants.

 

The office Mitsikostas & Associates has permanent scientific partner Mr. Nicholas Elias, who is a professor at the University of Thessaly specializing in traffic and transportation issues. The experience, knowledge and the scientific training of the aforementioned data is scientist leading level of service and studies to be at optimal levels.

In collaboration with Prof.. Elias and the University of Thessaly, we have studied the following projects:

1. Road design Sesklo - Dimini

2. Study pedestrian and cycle path in Loutra

3. Study five roundabouts in the municipality Volos

4. Study two roundabouts in Municipality of Grevena

5. Prepare two roundabouts in the municipality of Larissa

6. Preparation roundabouts in District Volos road.
