Thanasis Mitsikostas received at the Olympic Museum of Lausanne, the award for the Magnesia Air Club in which he has been a member since 2015.

During the award ceremony, he contacted the award-winning Russian cosmonaut Viktor Savinykh, as well as the General Manager of Red Bull Air Race modeling Erich Wolf.

The Magnesia Aviation Club itself, and in particular the President of Christos Leontaritis, in turn awarded Thanasis Mitsikostas for receiving the award in Switzerland and for the super-light race that participated in Karditsa.
